2. Scope
This policy covers visits to SabaqLab, enquiries, account use and reports. Personal data processing takes account of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Data we process
Enquiries contain a name, phone number, email and message. Teacher accounts contain a name, email, optional phone number, organisation and settings. Student records contain a name, grade, language, teacher or group, answers, results and lesson history. Session information, IP addresses and request logs support operation and security. Do not submit identity documents, bank details or sensitive information in free-text fields.
4. Purposes and grounds
Data is used to respond to enquiries, provide accounts and learning functions, control access, record payments, support users and protect the service. Grounds include consent from the user or legal representative, contractual obligations and other grounds provided by law. Consent to an enquiry is not consent to marketing messages.
5. Student data and reports
A teacher or centre must have a lawful basis to add a student, including necessary consent from a legal representative. Access codes and report links grant access to data: share them only with the intended student or parent. Teacher scripts and answer keys for unfinished work are not intended for students.
6. Service providers and transfers
The main account infrastructure is hosted in Kazakhstan. Technical providers, including Cloudflare and enquiry delivery through Telegram, support the website, request verification and delivery. AI generation sends the educational request and topic context to the model provider Anthropic. External providers may process data outside Kazakhstan; transfers must comply with applicable requirements. Do not include student personal data in AI prompts. Payments are processed by a payment provider; card credentials are not entered into SabaqLab.
7. Retention, security and cookies
Data is retained for the stated purposes and mandatory legal retention periods. Access controls, secure connections and session controls are used. Technical cookies and local settings support sign-in, security and language selection. Cloudflare Turnstile form checks may process technical browser information.
8. Your rights and requests
To request information, correction, withdrawal of consent, restriction or deletion, contact [email protected]. Verification of account ownership or representative authority may be necessary to protect data. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits; legally required retention may continue.
