2. Service offered
ИП Бектлеуов offers access to SabaqLab software for preparing and teaching chemistry: learning materials, presentations, interactive lessons, assignments, a lab and results. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose within their paid or trial access.
3. Access and acceptance
A demo enquiry does not itself create a paid subscription. These terms apply when access is provided and accepted by the user, or when a selected plan is paid. The payer is a teacher or an authorised representative of a learning centre. Registration through the marketing website is not currently offered.
4. Plans and periods
Current prices and capacity are shown on the pricing page and confirmed before payment. Access is paid for 1, 3 or 6 billing months; one month is 30 days. Paying for 3 months gives a 10% discount and 6 months a 20% discount on the current monthly price. Where a promotion applies, the period discount applies to the promotional price. The full amount is shown before payment.
5. Trial and capacity
The trial lasts 14 days: up to 20 students for an individual teacher or 5 teachers for a centre. Paid centre plans allow up to 30 students per teacher; the administrator does not occupy a teacher seat. Materials and student records remain after access expires, but live lessons and additional capacity require an active plan. Automatic charging without separate agreement is not provided.
6. Learning materials and AI
Teachers are responsible for reviewing and selecting educational materials. AI output may contain errors and does not guarantee a learning outcome or ENT score. Use content for which you hold the necessary rights. Publication in the shared bank follows visibility and author-consent settings. Illegal content, infringement of third-party rights and sharing access codes with unauthorised persons are prohibited.
7. Availability, changes and support
The service evolves and may require maintenance or experience temporary interruptions. Users are informed before material changes to paid access terms take effect. Contact [email protected] for assistance. Breaches of use conditions may result in restricted access after the circumstances are assessed.
8. Cancellation, payment and enquiries
Users may choose not to renew. Incorrect payments, unprovided services and refund requests are reviewed in light of the paid period, access actually provided and mandatory Kazakhstan law. Send a description and payment identifier to [email protected]; do not send full card details. Disputes should first be raised through support, then resolved under applicable law.
